Sugansa started in 2014 as a small data management consultancy, supporting its customers with a small expert team of people in data management. After five years, in 2019, Sugansa management decided on a strategic change and embarked on a transformation journey to extend its consultancy services, its customer base and generally promote strategic growth.

Sugansa’s management team is formed out of many years of business consultancy transformational experience in many different sectors like Retail, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Telecommunications, etc. This unique combination combined with the successful strategic transformation now sees Sugansa proudly working with a number of medium and large corporate customers; leading and supporting their business transformations.
